Working out of their studios nestled in the woods just outside of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the acclaimed artisans at Dream Fire fuse glass, shape precious metals,
and work with natural stones and other unique materials to create jewelry that coalesce their artistic visions into reality. Each designer brings a unique
perspective to their art, yet they share a common philosphy: Life should be filled with passion, and every day is a gift that should be lived to the fullest.
Sandra has been an artist all her life. Though an accomplished painter and photographer, she has found her calling in jewelry design. Inspired by the nature around her,
she creates remarkable fused glass designs which are fun and funky, combining modern allure and timeless elegance. Sandra knows her craft offers infinite possibilities and
loves finding inspirations for her unique designs in the unexpected. "I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to express my creativity in this way", says Sandra. "The entire process,
from design through the crafting and shaping, is just sheer joy. But the best part", she explains, "is when I see women wearing my creations, and loving them. It is an amazing feeling."
Carol's delightful spirit comes through in her exciting jewelry creations, which offer unrivaled textures of bold colors and shapes.
As a small girl growing up in rural Texas, she was fascinated by Native American artifacts and jewelry; later, as a student at Texas AM University, she studied First-American archaelogy.
Her love of the American Southwest runs deep and long, and inspires many of her designs. Having trained in
silversmithing and warm glass at the ArtSchool in Carrboro, her passion for creating new and original art is infectious.
Carol lives with her three pampered cats and her very musical husband and children.

What is your return policy?
If your order fails to meet your expectations (color, size, etc.), we will
gladly exchange your piece for another or provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be shipped
to us within 30 days of invoice date. Please email us at returns@dreamfirejewelry.com and we will provide you with complete instructions on how to return the item.
When and how will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Many of our items are already made and are ready to ship at the time
of your order. Some items are hand made at the time of your order, in which case an additional 3 to 5
days may be added to the overall delivery time. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 days from the time
your order leaves our studio in North Carolina.
Will my personal information be shared or sold?
No. Any personal information shared with us is used only for the purpose of serving our
customers and will never be shared with other vendors.
How can I be sure that my credit card information will be protected when making a transaction?
All website purchases are securely processed by PayPal with industry-standard SSL encryption. PayPal handles the customer credit information and supplies a secure
server to handle online transactions. In addition, our website is compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security

What if I'm not satifisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be completely thrilled with your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase you may return your item in new condition within 30 days for a full refund
of the purchase price. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and we will contact you with instructions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately we are not accepting international orders at this
time, but plan to in the future. We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a single flat fee of $3 for each order, plus an additional
smaller fee for each item in the order. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of your order form when you checkout, before you submit your order.
We ship your order through the U.S. Postal Servcice. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 days from the time your order leaves our
studio in North Carolina. Other factors affecting the delivery time of your order is the availability of the product you've ordered.
